I'm using CyberDuck with Amazon S3.
I have installed CyberDuck on Windows 10 machines with "English (United States)" Regional that uses "M/d/yyyy" as Short date
format. And it can connect and browse Buckets normally.
But for Windows 10 machines that has Regional format set to another Short date format such as "d/M/yyyy" and so on, there will be an error says that "Listing directory failed" (The difference between the request time and the current time is too large) despite that the date/time is already synced with NTP server and the timezone is correct.
