Difference between CyberDuck and Mountain Duck

I enjoy Cyberduck but have been feeling guilty using it for some time now with out helping out. I am ready to do that, but wanted to know should I do Cyber or Mountain?
Is Mountain a bigger more advanced version of Cyberduck?

Hi Gerald,
Mountain Duck allows you to mount remote storage in Finder and Windows Explorer instead of browsing remote files in a separate application.
