Videos hosted do not appear on IOS devices

Hello!

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but I've come across an issue with hosting a .mp4 file through cyberduck. I have a Big Commerce store, which I use cyberduck for, and since Big Commerce doesn't natively allow videos on their CDN i was hoping to use cyberduck, which it worked, but I've just noticed that the videos do not play on IOS devices. There is a post on Big Commerce that also poses this issue (https://support.bigcommerce.com/s/question/0D54O00006jhuahSAA/embedded-video-not-working-on-mobilesafari?language=en_US). Is there a fix to this?
