Mountain Duck Protocol Request: Telegram API

Hi, I just wanted to put in request to add Telegram as a protocol for Mountain Duck to support. The attraction of "unlimited" drive space is very appealing and their access speeds are quite fast.

Telegram documents their API very well, which can be seen here:

Hopefully this is something that the team can look into.

Not going to happen as this was obviously not designed for such a usage and will most probably not perform in the long run.
