Hi there,
I am running cyberduck 5.3.3 off a Macbook with OS Sierra 10.12.2.
I need to send files via SFTP to a one of our supplier companies. They have set up an SFTP server which they currently use to share files with many other companies.
I have a static IP address which they have whitelisted/allowed access to, and they have provided all of the necessary connection details. However I am unable to connect to their server. I have had the same problem with 2 different companies who have tried to allow access to my IP address.
Whenever I try to connect, a yellow exclamation point appears next to the URL after I put in the server and username. and when I click connect, it always times out after 30 seconds.
Does anyone know what could be the matter? Do I need to configure my Mac in a way that it isn't already? Remote Login in Network Preferences>sharing is set to ON.
Thanks
Dan
