Error: Maximum redirects (50) exceeded

I've not used Mountain Duck for about 2 months and I came back to use it this morning and I got the following 

Error: Maximum redirects (50) exceeded

when I tried to upload a .html file to my Amazon Web Server.

The file went across but was flagged with a red cross icon and it does not appear on the web through Chrome browser.

Can anyone help me fix this? I have no idea why it has changed, maybe a software update, but I'm totally stuck.

This should be fixed in 8.5.4 and later.
