Edit doesn't detect save

Hi,

Normally when opening a file from CyberDuck with the Edit button it will detect when I save the file and upload the changes. This has recently stopped working. When I save document changes, CyberDuck doesn't seem to detect the change, and nothing is uploaded.

I'm using:

macOS 11.4

CyberDuck 7.9.2

MacVIM 8.2.2681

Do you have any ideas about how I can get this working again?
