Mountain Duck not consistently uploading to GCS

We're currently trialing Mountain Duck for our team so we can work on the same Google Cloud Storage bucket  via the Finder without having to worry about syncing changes up/down through gsutil commands. So far, I'm the only one accessing it. 

When I add things, it's inconsistent with uploading those new things, resulting in a red icon. Sometimes I can "retry", but most times they will go red again. Most say "Interoperability Failure. OK". 

Is there anything I can configure to make it more reliable?

macOS Big Sur 11.5.1

MD version 4.7.0
