I have been using Cyberduck for a long time with out any problems, but
recently it just stopped being able to upload or download from my
server. I know this is not a problem with my server as I am able to
FTP and SCP with command line, and with other clients. I am even able
to upload and download with Cyberduck on my PC, just not my mac.

I am running OS X 10.6.8 with the latest build of Cyberduck.

I have had the error drawer open while navigating around my server,
but when I try and download, it doent show anything in the error
drawer, and the transfer window hangs at "Listing Directory
foldername" then after about 45 seconds i get an error window stating
"I/O Error: Download failed, Connection timed out".

I am seeing the same issue on Windows 7, specifically with uploading
files. I am seeing the I/O error, but I do have read/write access.

I experienced the exact same issue. Tried forums, etc.   With no solution in hand and after many years of being a happy user of Cyberduck I was forced to migrate to Transmit.

If someone finds out what's worng with this, I'd be glad to switch back to cyberduck.
