Noob here, pls don't kill me today.
I got the CLI interface running. I'm using the duck to transfer vhdx files from a network location onto a removable drive wired up sata instead of usb. In essence, I'm slinging three big files from the network to a local drive. Using Windows Server 2019. The three files are parked on a truenas. The network speeds available are 10 GB and it really is 10 GB. It's talking to a truenas. I've tested transferring data in other ways between this exact pair.
Works well - better 'n robocopy for sure, except for one little thing...
Max bandwidth network bandwidth using the duck is about 1 GB (mostly it's quite a bit less) and it's only "reading" the files from the Truenas. The lan is perfectly quiet at 2 am. There isn't any other activity claiming measurable network bandwidth, no large jobs processing anywhere and no other activity to the truenas and no users.
The 3 vhdx files are copied one at a time. They are in the neighborhood of a TB each. I'm not sure that multiple connections would help or not.
