I didn't see anything when I open the Mountain Duck (version 3.4.0) app. I am using Macbook M1 Pro, macos 12.6.

Your error description "didn't see anything" is very vague.

To clarify:
  1. Starting a Mac app must not necessarily open any window!
  2. But at a minimum the main menu bar must read the name of the launched app, so "Cyberduck".
  3. If that's the case then in the main menu choose: File > New browser (⌘ N). That should open a new browser window.
If your problem is still not solved, please describe in more detail.

there is not any "logo" in the main menu. There is a logo in finder (attached photo), but it doesn't show anything when i click it.

I thought this is a question on Cyberduck which is a standalone app, which hence appears in the list of open application (CMD-TAB and in the dock with an activity indicator below its icon/name).

But your question is regarding Mountain Duck, which is an integration into the filesystem (APFS) / filebrowser (Mac Finder). I don't know this product. And I'm not the software developer, but only a user like you. I hope someone else can provide help to you. Good luck!
