Quite a number of times when I'm at Cyberduck FTP for one of my sites, it reverts to "0 files" in the root or sub-directories. It does not appear (??) to affect the actual site since if I check on a browser at that time it is showing up okay. The annoyance is that I have to re-start the Cyberduck FTP connection to get them to show up again. How do I remedy this repeating problem, and is this any concern in terms of the site itself & files themselves?

~Thank You~

This has been fixed in the latest snapshot and beta builds [1] available.

Hi there,

I'm on Mavericks and using the latest snapshot build.
My workflow is usually keeping cyberduck open and editing files directly with BBEdit and save them on the server.
But, the same bug as described above is driving me nuts.
Cyberduck loses connection after a few minutes and while everything looks normal, it doesn't even store the files anymore when I save them via BBEdit.
All my edits get lost without me even knowing.
When I hit "refresh", the window shows 0 files and no content. I have to either restart cyberduck or sometimes hitting disconnect does the opposite.. it reconnects.
But even then, cyberduck seems to have lost the connection to the file I'm editing in BBEdit, and doesn't save it on the server.
I hope this gets fixed soon, it's killing my workflow completely.

Thanks!
Linda

Please open a bug report at https://trac.cyberduck.io/newticket if this issue persists when using the latest snapshot build available that can be installed as described in https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en/howto/preferences#Update.
