Mountainduck trial issues

I just downloaded mountanduck and requested a trial and it keeps saying my trial started April 6th and that my trial is expired but this is the first time ive ever installed mountainduck. I've been using cyberduck till now but saw an ad in cyberduck for mountainduck. I think theres an issue with the trial issuing service

Actually, it looks like the trial started April 6th, 2019 so there is definitely something wrong with the trial issuing service cause i wasnt even using cyberduck at that time.
