Public key authentication does not exist

I need to use a combination of a public key provided by another party and a password to authenticate my connection with an SFTP site. I see other articles reference using a public key section, but my application is only showing the option for using a private key. Am I missing a special setting in Cyberduck to enable public key authentication?

This is referring to the same. You will have to copy the public key to the server and configure the private key from the key pair in the bookmark. Refer to https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en/howto/sftp#PublicKeyAuthentication
