Hi all,
my workflow with Cyberduck would require access to an ssh channel that asks for one-time passcodes (RSA SecurID), so it would be great if the channel was not closed after opening or saving. My IT support has even described how ControlMaster could help us with that in case of generic ssh use, so now I have a favorite ssh connection in my ssh config as they suggest. However, Cyberduck does not seem to be able to use a connection like that (the ssh command should be simply "ssh ody" for that), I think. Or maybe there is another reason, but Cyberduck still asks for the passcode before any operation even though the channel is left open as it is described here: http://rc.fas.harvard.edu/tipsntricks/sshcontrolmaster

Thanks for any thoughts on this!

Laszlo

Because we don't rely on OpenSSH and have a custom implementation of SSH this feature cannot work with Cyberduck.

An exception to this ruls is that accepted host keys and configuration options in ~/ssh/config are supported [1].

Well, it looks like a great feature to add, then. I'm crossing my fingers (and thank the hard-working developers).
