Hey all,

Cyberduck quit working unexpectedly on my desktop. I'm trying to use it to SSH in to a network (Port 22). I keep getting the error "Network Error: Connection Failed  / Connection reset." When I click network diagnostics it says that the network is working fine, but it still won't connect.

My SSH connection to the network still works on cyberduck through my laptop (OS X 10.8)  and through my coworker's lab computer (OS X 10.6)  that's hooked up to the same ethernet network. I just don't have a clue why it quit working all of a sudden.

On my  desktop, I've already tried, with no luck:
- restarting cyberduck
- restarting the computer
- uninstalling / reinstalling cyberduck
- updating cyberduck to the newest version
- trying to log in via the wi-fi instead of ethernet
- using a different ssh login username
- checked firewall (none)

None of these have resolved the issue. Any ideas about what's going on? Is this something really dumb? I didn't change anything, it quit unexpectedly in the middle of a job I was running. I'd love to have it up and running asap.

Thank you!!!

-Kirsten

Resolved!

It was a server error with the IP address. That obvious solution didn't jump out at me because my terminal connection to the server was still intact when Cyberduck went down.
