Is there any way to specify the sftp-server to be used on the server? I am trying to log in with root privileges to a server without root ssh login. I do this with WinSCP in a way that's documented here, so I was curious if this was also possible from Cyberduck. Thanks.

This is not currently supported. But I agree we should look into this.
