HEELP: Trying to upload files to rackspace cloud file but keep getting "transfer incomplete"

Hi I am using version 4.21 for windows. ( I have Windows 7 Ultimate
OS, Intel duo core processor) I have connected to my rackspace cloud
files account and I attempted to upload several files (size ranged
form 500 mb ot 1.34 Gigs). Anyway they all failed to upload. I keep
getting "transfer incomplete". I even tried it one at a time and
nothing worked. I don't know what is going on. Even tech support at
rackspace could not help. Need some help. HEELP

Please open a new ticket [1] and attach the transcript from the log drawer (Ctrl-L) of the Transfers window.
