Registered but no Registration Key

On April 12, 2017 I registered for CyberDuck, but never received a registration key. In fact, I accidentally donated twice due errors encountered on the website for a total $50 fee. Below is a copy of the email I sent to sup...@cyberduck.io. I never heard back. Can someone at Cyberduck please help me resolve this issue, so I can get my registration key.

I’ve been using Cyberduck for a long time. Though it was time I registered. Thanks for making great free software.
I tried registering, but it gave me a ‘Internal Error’ message twice. I checked my AmEx card and I see two pending charges. If I could have some help with that, I would much appreciate it.
