Is there a way to increase Mountain Duck data integrity

I just made an upload of 200gb to Google drive inside a cryptomator vault via mountain duck, unfortunately about a third of my files are zero bytes. I moved the files into the vault so I no longer retain the local copies.

It seems Mountain Duck deletes local files before verifying they are stored on the cloud drive.

Is there another install/version of Mountain with better data integrity tools?
