Cyberduck Mac app not connecting to ... anything?

I'm on a Mac running Catalina (Version 10.15.6) because it's the last supported OS for many applications I need for work.

Yesterday, my Cyberduck app wouldn't connect to any of my bookmarks. Actually, it almost seems like the app isn't responding when I click any of my connections. I quit the program. It still didn't work after restarting. Tried again today and still nothing. No updates are available and no errors are popping up so I'm kind of lost at what to do next.
