Upload Troubles

I have uploaded a folder numerous times from Reunion Genealogy software (Web Cards).  I have the folder uploaded in Cyberduck, but I cannot open it on my Word Press website.  Reunion Web Tool calculates a URL for me, but that doesn't work.  Cyberduck's URL doesn't work either.  I can open it in my browser from the software, but that is only to check it.  I work on a Mac.  Thanks for any suggestions.

This issue is not related to Cyberduck. Please contact your hosting provider to clarify where you have to upload your files to.
