Moving files and keeping the same date

I currently have a number of different cloud data stores and want to consolidate them to an S3 store. I know i can use Cyberduck to move the files but my challenge is that I do not want the dates to change for the files based on when I move them. I am wondering if I can do this with Cyberduck or if you have any other suggestions for how to accomplish this task?
