anyone using Cyberduck with pcloud

after a few minutes of using Cyberduck, it starts to give an error(happens every time I use Cyberduck). . For a few minutes it works fine, and after it does not list the directory giving the following error.

Listing directory pCloud Backup failed.

Unexpected response (401 Unauthorized). Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

After contacting pcloud support they told me that Cyberduck is not supported(so why it worked for the first few minutes)
