What is it?
It is a project developed and executed by Manavai Mustafa Scientific Tamil Foundation.
Who runs MMSTF?
MMSTF is manned by one Single Individual called Dr.M.Semmal Manavai Mustafa.
Who is Semmal?
Semmal has no additional qualification in Tamil Language beyond class twelve, and finds it difficult to write complete sentences in Tamil with complete grammatical clarity; on the other side he is a Medical Doctor, Postgraduate in Human Psychology, E N T Surgeon, Psychoneuroimmunology research scholar.
What is the core motivation to start creation of the archives?
The Tamil Diaspora is more extensive and well spread then believed to be, this is an energizing news - still the Diaspora is extremely fragmented and remains uncohesive, there are thousands of organizations around the world in all the continents - each with a different ideology. While this diversification is good in an angle for it allows more representation - the negative side is that scholars within a group or organization find it difficult to reach other segments of the Diaspora.
In simple words, the same organization which sculpts a scholar also walls them from the wider circle ultimately belittling the thought process of the individual. Beyond cast, creed, qualification, affiliation - beyond political lines - beyond continental barriers - some unifying force must be operative - that task will be accomplished by the Cyber Tamil Association.
What is the future scope of this project?
Archiving the Intellectual acumen of the Tamils, standing above the fragmenting influences is the need of the day, the Tamil Language Archives will do that task with maximal level of perfection; It will grow over the next 21 years to be the world’s largest and most comprehensive digital video database of the thought process of Scholars living in the Tamil Diaspora.
What is the scientific Base for this daring claim?
Small organizations will not be interested to do this. It will not be possible for big organizations with a clear agenda to break all the barriers, many of which make it and record the thought process from various dimensions. The very forces that create an organization will also nullify its broadness in outlook.
Commercial media will not be successful to do this task, as the selection will then be purely based on lobbying which will decrement the vitality of the videos.

2. You can fix a prior appointment and come for recording, scholars above the age of 50 must be accompanied by an assistant.
Stipulated Format of the Video:
1. It will be a creative common property for permanent free viewing.
2. Each Video will must be between 7 – 10 minutes.
3. Self projection and blatant criticism of others will be censored.
4. Sectarian and Anti Government speech will be tailored.
5. Original thoughts will be preferred, otherwise clear citation is required.
