Abstract
The role of generative language in bringing forth the self and social systems. The power of language in the construction of social reality. The need in the world for evolutionary leaders who use language to design social systems (relationships, cultures and institutions) toward a conscious evolution for just, sustainable, and flourishing society-civilization.
Participants Bios:
Manuel Manga is the director of the Center for Evolutionary Leadership in Oakland, California, USA. He is an organizational consultant and ontological coach. He has taught systems thinking, ontology of language, ontological design, learning organizations and leadership in the USA, Latin America, Europe and Africa. He worked for Digital Equipment Corporation as a leadership consultant; He has studied with Humberto Maturana, Werner Erhard, Fernando Flores, Peter Senge, and Fritjof Capra. He has degrees in Humanistic psychology and Social psychology.
