Dear ASC Members and Cybernetic Community,

We are currently preparing the ASC 2026 Conference: Conversational Confluences, and are very encouraged by the response so far, with 103 abstract submissions from a highly engaged and diverse community. At the same time, we know that many members are planning to participate in the event regardless of abstract submission, and we are very glad to include you in this process.

The conference is designed to prioritize exchange and shared experience. To support our planning, we kindly ask you to complete this short survey on your intended participation and travel plans. Link for the survey.

We are coordinating transportation between Confins Airport (Belo Horizonte) and Ouro Preto, and the survey includes a few related questions.

If you are able to travel before or after the conference, we strongly recommend visiting Inhotim, an open-air museum near Ouro Preto / Belo Horizonte, recently featured by the New York Times and Condé Nast Traveler as one of the best places to go in 2026.
