Theatre Producer looking for studio space

Hi all

My name is David and I am an independent theatre producer looking for
a funky new studio space/office in the Nicholas Building. I do quite a
bit of work around town with emerging artists as well as some touring
work and am very low-maintenance, only requiring room for a desk and
bookshelf.

I can move pretty much immediately and would love to join you all up
there!
