Once every few years the Stanford throws a huge event in San Diego for
its alums to share with us everything that is happening back on the
farm and to bring a little bit of Stanford home to San Diego. The
university brings President Hennessy and some of the top faculty to
speak on a number of really interesting panels and topics about the
university and what is going on generally. There is also great food
and lots of alcohol (not that any of you would be interested in that!)

The event is this Saturday at the San Diego Convention Center and it
runs from 1:30pm-9pm.
