SCons builder is still using Python 2?

Is anyone else using cxxtest with SCons? The last post about it was in 2014. I just create a new cxxtest issue. I was also concerned because there are a stack of PRs from 2014-2021, which have not been merged. Most are simple straightforward fixes. Is this project being maintained? Thank you.

I had previously looked at scons-tool-cxxtest, but had trouble. With more experimenting with cxxtest and trying scons-tool-cxxtest again, it worked great. Not sure what I did wrong the first time.
