Hello,
The website mentions that the presentations can be hybrid. Is that possible ?. It seems that there might be some issues with visa, so I just wanted to know the possibility.

If it is in-person only, can I please get an invitation letter from the conference for the visa purposes ?. Also, I am assuming I would need to register for the conference .. would appreciate details on that.

Yes, you are absolutely welcome to present online if you’re unable to attend in person.
You can register for the conference (free of charge) here: https://iwcs2025.github.io/registration
Typically, the IWCS organisers are able to provide a visa support letter (see https://iwcs2025.github.io/org). However, if you run into any difficulties, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to prepare a letter for you.
