Community Without Walls (CWW), the Middle Tennessee "Aging in Place" Program, joins with Graceworks to provide volunteer services to seniors desiring to remain at home as long as feasible. Meet your neighbors and friends while learning about visions for the future.
Program
1. Walter Bortz, II, MD, Stanford University, will address "Aging in Place in Palo Alto," as well as
"We Live too Short and Die too Long."
2. An overview of Graceworks by their Executive Director and volunteers
3. A panel of the Pilot Project of Aging in Place by the founders and volunteers
4. A Temple Hills Chapter gathering of friends and interested persons.
