St. Matthew has graciously offered to host our program next week, and we expect the pastor to attend, but not  their volunteers YET.  We anticipate that ALL our volunteers and members will attend to help make decisions on several important matters.  It is YOUR program and you must make all decisions about going forward.

If you see this list and see anyone missing please let me know, and inform whomever you see about the meeting, or just forward this announcement to ANYONE.

I suggested that they (St Matthew)  wait until the April meeting to bring volunteers, when we have all the documentation in place, and a countdown program ready for the May opening.  They are offering volunteers.  She want to announce it in the church newsletter before inviting specific persons such as the president of the men’s club that she mentioned.   I have sent her numerous documents to inform her about the program.  She seems very enthusiastic and interested.  She suggests a 5 mile radius for inclusion in the program, and that is within the geographical limits of the other programs (10 miles in Beacon Hill).  Be thinking about this and other ideas to keep this a program from the bottom UP.

As you see below, she says we can bring in refreshments, but of course, must leave the place clean.  Does anyone wish to volunter for this task?   If not, I will bring popcorn and water!  We must clear the room by 6 (as usual) because there is another activity at 6:30 at the church.  We are lucky that we got in at such late notice.

Ruth,

Thank you for all the attachments. I will look at them tonight.

I will see you next Thursday, March 12th at 4:00 pm for the meeting. We will be using the Parish Conference Room. When you come in the St. Matthew driveway go to the first parking lot on the right. Come up the first set of steps after the Church. You will come into the front offices. I will meet you there.

Yes you can bring refreshments, but cleaning up afterwards would be required.

Will see you next week,

Mary Ann

Please send any advice, questions.  Confirmed date and time 4-6, March 12, general meeting, no speaker…brain storming from “bottom up” approach to final prep for opening on May  14 with Dr. Walter Bortz II, MD at the Jewish community Center.

Maryanne, should we bring in bottled water and cookies or popcorn?  Please inform rules of church about this.
