Symptoms:
Copier is locked up, does not print jobs or copies. All jobs are staying in queue - faxes do not print. Copies get scanned via ADF but do not print at all.

Run Service Mode Simulation:
Open front door. Press these keys in this order 10871087.
Then enter the code number U022

NOTE: The U022 simulation resets IP address and network card back to DHCP - technician must set card back to original static IP address and retest

This issue could also stem from bad fax paper size or tray orientation.
Make sure that all you're paper sources are designated as auto paper size detect. The machine will not print faxes from any paper source designated with a hard setting of paper size.

As second choice:
"Load Paper Tray #1" when paper is full. When attempt is made to cancel the offending document from the Status screen "Cannot cancel fax or ifax receptions." is displayed. When Fax System (M) is removed message disappears, all but fax is restored. Corrupt fax reception is stuck in memory. Export user data to USB in sim U917. Note destination (66), SMTP, and IP address. Run Data Clear U022. The offending document will be printed. Re-enter data and import U917 data.

Have run into this so read as follows fax guide page 7-9
