Defective pick arm in T650 and X658 units causes 241.01 errors, crinkling of pages and multipage pick up which than results in jams trough out the printer and fuser. Inspect and replace the pick arm assembly if you see multiple pages on the top of each other jammed in the printer as if separation pad was not working.

Need OEM part number 40X4305

Two strong technicians are required to lift the x658 machine and set it on its back in 45 degree angle.

Make sure to watch and do not loose the two c-clips as these are easy to drop when inserting in the printer. Do not forget to install a medium size spring which is included with the OEM part. Plug in the cabling for the pick arm as per below image:
