Print Memjet XML file during printer issue troubleshooting.

The XML file will give technicians more detail information during issues such as printhead callibration errors etc.

You’ll need to be on the customers network to get it, but…..

1)      Open your favorite internet browser and enter the ip-address of the printer (in your case 192.168.2.199):

2)      Replace the “/view/home” after the IP address with “/config/device”. After a moment or two, you’ll see a page something like this:

Depending on your browser and its configuration you may need to ‘view page source’ to get it formatted pretty:

 

Once you get it looking good, “save the page” as an XML file and send it to me….
