You’ll need to be on the customers network to get it, but…..
1) Open your favorite internet browser and enter the ip-address of the printer (in your case 192.168.2.199):

2) Replace the “/view/home” after the IP address with “/config/device”. After a moment or two, you’ll see a page something like this:

Depending on your browser and its configuration you may need to ‘view page source’ to get it formatted pretty:

Once you get it looking good, “save the page” as an XML file and send it to me….
