CW offers high quality Lexmark laser printers for high volume color quality printing.  We calibrate these machines to the closest degree for the best color results.

For best results go to the 3-6 configuration menu and under the color adjustment alignment menu you print each color to modify. (see attached pages) Then using the fine adjustment follow each letter and add or subtract the numerical value beside the straightest line you find for each corresponding letter.  You add or subtract the number to the value on the screen and apply the formula you have on the pages you printed.  The sum will be the new number that you need to put in for the best color alignment.  Complete each letters fine adjustment and reprint your document.

You may need to do a coarse adjustment, this is done by adjusting the skew tool.  Each screw is to the right of the cartridge that you want to align, do not remove the cartridge you are going to align. (you must remove the cartridge next to the color you are going to align) you will find the screw in the upper left corner of the space where you removed the other cartridge.  You will need a long flat-head screwdriver to reach through the hole to get to the screw.  Remember to turn the screw only in increments of 10 degrees for best results.
