Problem: Web server ftp access downtime
Cause: Web server upgrade
Affects: Users wishing to make changes to Aurora web sites
Started: 05/26/2004 12:01 AM
Resolved: 05/26/2004 06:00 AM
Notes: FTP access will be disabled during the time period. The web server will remain available with no expected interruption of service. At the end of the down time, the new web server will be put into service.
