Resolved:
Notes: Received a report form the WSOM Helpdesk of an e-mail problem with one of the WSOM exchange servers. Reviewed the eventlog and found a message indicating that the mail store was not available. Successfully restarted the mail store to resolve the delivery problem. Will perform further analysis of the event log for the indication of the problems cause.
