Notes:
We have a problem with our EMC NAS device that affects e-mail, calendaring,
and some web services.

At this point in time we are not sure if the three major problems this
afternoon (voicemail, Novell users, and NAS device) are related or not.
We have contacted EMC technical support and have many people in the
Infrastructure team involved with troubleshooting the problem.
