Problem: Radiology@MHMC[remote and local]

Cause: Problem with the T-1 equipment at Case.
Affects: All data traffic between campus and Radiology at Metrohealth
Started: 05/12/2004 12:00 PM
Resolved: 05/16/2004 08:00 PM

Notes: 2004/05/16 20:00 Found problem with T1 CSU/DSU at Case's end. The CSU/DSU was replaced with a spare for the time being. All data services has been restored. -Eric Chan

2004/05/13 Trouble Ticket Opened with SBC.

2004/05/12 T1 problem reported to Univ. Helpdesk.
