It's that time of year again, time to start looking at dates for the 2024 draft. The season starts on Sept 5, the Thursday after labor day. Any blackout dates for anyone? My votes would go towards the week before labor day or the Tuesday after labor day.

We’re traveling labor day weekend through Tuesday the 3rd. I could draft September 4th, the Wednesday before the first game. I also can’t do August 17-24, but could do Sunday August 25.

I'm not traveling the week before labor day but also waiting on soccer practice schedule which might complicate things if we are trying to do a weeknight (that said, I can probably do most of it from my phone just might be some delays if i'm driving).  I could do 9/3 or 9/4.

I penciled it in for the 4th at 7pm. Would be great to start earlier if possible, but figured getting something on the calendar to change is better than sending a lot of emails.

And if anyone is looking for keeper upgrades, I'm open for business (loaded with top 5/top 10 keeper options at all positions).  

And mostly a disclaimer that if someone is trying to sell you a keeper (including me!) do your due diligence around the league to make sure you're getting the best deal.

And an annual reminder that you are picking a draft slot and technically we are starting in the 3rd round.  Those with 2 keepers will first draft in the 3rd round and those with 3 keepers will not pick until the 4th round.  Keep that in mind when selecting draft slots.
