NiuTrans 1.2.0 Beta 新版发布，本次更新的特征：1）新增加了中英文分词数据预处理模块，允许用户使用自己的数据构造翻译系统；2）新增加英文Recasing和Detokenizer模块；3）所有翻译模型解码模块升级；4）将数据与处理、GIZA++词对齐、翻译模型训练和解码都整合在一起为完整版；5）修正了一些bugs.
