      Location: Dublin, Ireland

IPTranslator is a web-based startup currently in the process
of spinning-out from Dublin City University. With dedicated
commercialisation support from Enterprise Ireland, we are
looking to build a team to help to take 3 years of research and
development into state-of-the-art patent machine translation and
        bring it to the market.

At IPTranslator, we have developed and adapted machine
translation for patent information specialists who carry out
multilingual searches at multinationals, SMEs, law firms, and
universities. Our technology allows users to access vast
databases of patent information without language barriers, helps
save time in patent searches, and reduces translation costs.

The lead machine translation engineer will take
responsibility for the machine translation developments on both
our existing systems as well as new systems we plan to bring
online. The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated,
driven, and enthusiastic about developing cutting-edge
technology deployed in a real-world application and be eager to
try new techniques and approaches to improving translation
quality. They will be part of a small dedicated founding team
