1). Tekla Designer [ Job Code: JMCD – TD ]
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School or posses relevant knowledge/technical skill
- Has minimum 4 years working experience as Tekla designer, major exposure on oil and gas industry
- Good command of English spoken & written
- Strong use of TEKLA X-Steel latest version (version 18)
- Experience reading and interesting Structural Design Drawings and knowledge of standard construction practise
2). PRODUCTION ENGINEERS
2.a). STRUCTURAL [ Job Code: JMCD PE-S ]
2.b). PIPING [ Job Code: JMCD PE-P ]
2.c). INSTRUMENT [ Job Code: JMCD PE-I ]
2.d). MECHANICAL [ Job Code: JMCD PE-M ]
2.e). ELECTRICAL [ Job Code: JMCD PE-E ]
2.f). COATING [ Job Code: JMCD PE-C ]
Job Description:
- Review project documents including scope of work, project specifications and drawings
- Provide shop drawing priority list and constructability information
- Prepare field instructions, material purchase lists, construction punch lists, etc.
- Resolve fabrication problems with the fabrication personnel, engineering office, vendors and clients, etc.
- Monitor and report the project progress
Requirement:
- Engineering degree from a reputable University
- Engineers with minimum 2 years of experience in offshore construction industry are preferred, however relevant experience in Shipbuilding
and Petrochemical industries will also be considered OR Fresh Graduate
- Excellent command in English communication skills, both oral and written
- Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment and willing to be placed in Batam
3). STRUCTURAL ENGINEER – FACILITY [ Job Code: JMCD – SEF ]
Job Description:
- Manage Civil engineering design, direct construction and maintenance activities of the buildings / shop and other yard facilities related to civil work.
- Develop scope of work and budgetary cost estimates (material, labour and equipment cost) for direct execution work, work packs, AFE and ACE.
- Managing, directing, coordinating and monitoring progress during each phase of a work as well as monitor the budget performance to ensure adherence to budget.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
- Engineer with minimum 4 years relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English is a must.
- Good interpersonal skill
4. MECHANICAL ENGINEER – FACILITY [ Job Code: JMCD – MEF ]
Job Description:
- Manage mechanical engineering design, planning the construction and maintenance of the buildings/shops and other yard related to utility facilities.
- Develop operating budget ( material and man-hour cost ) for direct execution work, work pack, AFE and ACE.
- Review project specification and procedures for implementation on Facility Engineering deliverable.
- Coordinating, monitoring, supervision and progress report of the work as well as monitor the budget performance ensure to adherence to budget..
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer.
- Engineer with minimum 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English is a must.
