Scott didn't specify a time; I will assume it's the usual. i.e. trying to end by around 4 with possibly staying later if the mood prevails.

Of course, if you can't get there by 1pm, don't even bother. You'll miss the best part of the program.

[note: that last was an attempt at humor. The formal presentation will actually start a bit later than that. You could be as much as a half hour late without missing much.]
