Objectives of Meeting:
1. Name of organization,
2. Will it be a movement or an NGO?
3. Can we retain Tindak Malaysia as a movement and set up an NGO to establish a legal entity and link up with other NGO's.
4. Mission, Vision & Goals
5. Planning for next 6 months
6. Report and proposals from Suresh on the Training Team
Powerpoint and more details will be given by Thursday evening.
From this meeting, TM will be ramping up their scope of activities. Don't miss out on this opportunity to get started from the ground up.
Time: 9:30am - 6pm (We have option to extend to 10pm should it be necessary)
Sat 1st Jun and Sun 2nd Jun 2013 (up to 1pm only).

10:30am - 11:30am: Strategic Proposal, TY Ko, (file attached)
11:30am - 1:30pm: Discussion on Overview, Organisation and Agreement on Names and Structure.
Members choose where they want to participate.
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Lunch break.
2:30pm - 3:30pm: Training team plan and proposals, Suresh

4pm - 6pm: Projects:

7pm - 10pm: GE13 Incident analysis for focus seats (Those that PR wants to lodge election petition), Deanna & py
2nd Jun Sun 9:30am - 1pm: Working groups sit down and plan their programmes.
1pm - 2pm: Lunch break
2pm - 6pm: Working group head present their proposals.
7pm - 10pm: GE13 Incident analysis for all the other seats - identify broad trends that we need to incorporate in our training programmes,
Planning for further work on the reports in preparation for People's Tribunal, Deanna & py.
