I really need to know that CWatM Model get difference .nc files for calculate the length, Maning coefficient and etc or take one .nc file for calculate them in the time period of simulation?
and I run the rhine example and the output shows six discharge per day. I couldn't understand why we have six output per day for each variable.
please help me.

Thank you for your questions. To respond to them directly:

CWatM uses the same length, Manning coefficient, and other files found in the cwatm_input_rhine/routing/kinematic folder for the entire simulation period.

In the model, you are able to output the daily discharge from multiple locations. In the settings file, you will see that “Gauges” is followed by 6 sets of latitude and longitude coordinates. The 6 outputs you are seeing are the discharges simulated at each of these locations. Should you only be interested in a single location, simply remove the other coordinates.

Thank you so much.
I would like to change the input of code from .nc format to .Xml. unfortunately in data handling module I couldn't figure out what each function was doing exactly, I would be grateful if you tell me what should I add as an entry to data handling module for remove .nc files and use XML.

Dear Elhalm,
Not a problem, it’s a pleasure to answer your questions. For now, CWatM generally accepts netCDF, Geotiff, and PCRaster maps. If possible, I would first like to suggest converting your file into one of these files. If you are however able to adapt the data handling module to read you file, it would be a welcomed addition.
