Hi Everyone
I wanted to send a last reminder that these Google Groups will be discontinued. If you'd like me to stay connected with you about jobs, training, and industry information, then please subscribe to the new compiled Google Group asap. You can sign up at

To date, only about 70 of the 358 grads have signed up, so I know many of you are going to miss out.
Also, I wanted you know that the grant training ended on June 30, 2013. We have a small window of time through December 31, 2013 when we will be verifying and collecting information on job placements as well as AGGRESSIVELY assisting graduates with new job placement. I will be one of a handful of people assisting in this final aspect of the project.
As you know, the goal of this grant was to train and place individuals in "green" jobs. The DOL, SMC and all the grant partners agree that this is the MOST important aspect of the grant. Getting all of you who committed your time and effort into a fulfilling and "sustainable" job is the goal. Please help us help you in the next few months, by participating in the jobs placement campaign. Either myself or another person will be contacting you shortly to discuss this in more detail.
