Omnibus v0.4 Released

Subscribers should now have access to Version 0.4 of the omnibus
edition of _The Busy Coder's Guide to Android Development_. This
update adds a few new chapters, plus brings back the PDF format. Full

Also, change bars are in operation, plus change highlighting in the
table of contents, for viewers that support these (PDF, Kindle Fire,
some EPUB), to help you identify where changes were made.
